Welcome to Kohinoor Rentals. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Rental Agreement: The equipment remains the property of Kohinoor Rentals at all times. The renter is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery/pickup until it is returned.
Usage: Renter agrees to use the equipment safely and according to instructions. Any damages resulting from misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the renter.
Delivery & Setup: We provide delivery and pickup services within the Saskatoon area. Fees are calculated based on location. If setup is requested, it is subject to additional charges.
Liability: Kohinoor Rentals is not liable for any injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our rental equipment. By using our equipment, the renter assumes all risks.
Damage/Loss: In the event of lost, stolen, or damaged equipment, the renter will be charged the full cost of replacement or repair.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event date to be eligible for a partial refund or credit.
